Tony Baudanza

President & CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer of MembersFirst, Tony is responsible for the overall growth, profitability and strategic vision of the company. Formerly the co-founder, president and co-CEO of Pivotpoint Inc., he brings more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive in the software and services industry. In addition to his responsibilities at MembersFirst, Tony serves on the foundation board of Emerson Hospital, is a member of the board of directors at Visibility, Inc. and has recently served as a trustee at Quinnipiac University and Salve Regina University and as a director at Nashawtuc Country Club.

Paul Gaumnitz

Executive Vice President

Paul serves as the Executive Vice President of MembersFirst and brings with him over 30 years of senior management and investment experience. He has invested in multiple expansion and early stage healthcare and technology companies, and is a limited partner in two venture capital funds. Paul has also held multiple operationally focused executive positions in both the health care and financial services fields. In addition to his role at MembersFirst, Paul is currently a member of the board of directors of several privately held companies and a non-profit organization serving the hospice industry.

Brian Bartlett

Vice President of Finance & Administration

As Vice President of Finance and Administration, Brian directs and manages all financial operations for the company, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal/external reporting, treasury/capital management, investor relations and tax planning/compliance. In addition to his skills and discipline in financial management, Brian plays a key role in strategic planning along with overseeing the company's human resources, legal, facilities and administrative policies and practices. In his near 15 years of experience, he has held various financial leadership positions in the software, technology, services and media industries, and has participated in several private debt and equity financings and strategic acquisitions.

John Hawley

Vice President of Technology

John is our Vice President of Technology. He leverages 15 years of experience in technology strategy management, software architecture, and development. In his role at MembersFirst, John oversees and directs all engineering, development, quality assurance, and production teams related to architecting, deploying and continually evolving our Software as a Service (SaaS) application and other web-based solutions and service offerings. It’s his technical vision and strategic insight that serves to guide our adoption and application of the latest technologies, advanced methodologies, and proven techniques necessary to meet the requirements of the customer segments we serve. John’s experience includes leading technical and management consulting engagements for companies both large and small, including Johnson & Johnson, Siemens AG, TJX, EMC, Invensys, Teradyne, and Citizens Bank.

Laurie Fox

Director of Customer Relations

As the Director of Customer Relations, Laurie directs and manages our Customer Support and Customer Solutions groups whose principal charge is to serve and advocate in the best interest of our valued clients. As the voice of the customer, Laurie brings clarity and amplification of customer requirements to our internal teams and resolution and closure to application support matters. She leverages more than 15 years of experience in strategic sales, marketing and business development across a broad range of industries including technology, software, lifestyle marketing and professional services. She has a strong and consistent track record of developing innovative and market-appropriate business solutions through a customer-centric approach, and is widely recognized as an industry thought leader on matters related to how interactive technology can support and satisfy the most challenging membership development objectives.

Bryan Gillis

Director of Marketing

Bryan serves as our Director of Marketing – the digital and brand DNA of MembersFirst. He joined us with more than twelve years of senior leadership experience in product management, brand management, business development, and interactive marketing services. In his current capacity, Bryan directs and manages both the strategy and day-to-day operations and execution of our internal and external marketing efforts and programs.  In addition, Bryan leads our business development efforts related to the launch, growth and management of our burgeoning Internet Marketing Services Division comprised of Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Advisory Services and performance-based Search Engine Marketing practice areas.

Kent Seith

Director of Product Management

Kent brings more than 14 years of success in product management as well as sales and customer service at both small and large companies to his position as Director of Product Management. In this important role, Kent oversees and directs our product strategy including the research and development of customer requirements, the creation of our product roadmap, the supervision of our numerous brand extensions, and the ongoing management of our aggressive product release schedule. Kent and his team of business analyst and usability designers work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure all MembersFirst products and solutions are developed to meet the high standards of the markets we support.
